Summary: The Sourcing Manager will analyze and negotiate on a wide range of agreements. Provide strategic guidance to company stakeholders relating to business and legal provisions. Manages the drafting and amendment of vendor contracts, while meeting program measurements and deadlines. Your stakeholder group will involve all levels of business management, Legal counsel, Procurement, 3rd party vendors and our program team which will require clear articulate communication skills. A procurement contracts background in contingent labor categories will be highly desired. Candidates MUST be local to the area, as you will be working onsite in at our client location in Wichita, KS.
The DocuSign Specialist / Administrative Assistant will be a member of the Workforce Logiq team, based at Toyota in Plano. This is an onsite role, reporting to Toyota M-F, 9:00 - 5:30, so you must be local to this area. In addition to having ownership of the DocuSign process for this group, this person will also manage a shared department inbox. Experience working within DocuSign is a must for this role.

The ESS Leader must be experienced in pre-employment screening operations, and will have full responsibility and oversight of background screening business process, P&L and team leadership. Core areas of focus are general management, compliance, business development, and account management, all day to day operations and customer service. The goal for the successful candidate is to continue year over year growth while building a diversified customer base. This is a remote role, with a preference for someone in Florida or within a 3-hour flight radius of Orlando.
