    Learning and Development Director


    The Learning & Development Director will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of all training programs across the organization, including but not limited to, global onboarding, leadership development, and program team development, self-sourcing, human resources programs and initiatives, as well as additional L&D projects and initiatives. The role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer. This position requires excellent leadership skills as the incumbent will be collaborating and working with our senior leaders. The incumbent will require the ability to take existing programs currently in place and analyze the needs to meet the changing needs of our organization. Confident interpersonal skills including communication, providing actionable in-the-moment feedback, strong facilitation, organizational and planning skills, as well as a customer focus with a desire to learn and be involved in multiple projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to own the strategy of L&D and stay close to the business by being responsible for the development of programs as well. If not local to the Orlando area, this position may be performed remotely.



    • Responsible for the design, development and administration/implementation of training programs designed to cultivate a high impact learning organization across the company.
    • Deliver and facilitate exciting, progressive and comprehensive training content to all levels of employees using a variety of training techniques and a collaborative approach.
    • Review, evaluate and manage outside vendor relationships.
    • Contribute to organizational design initiatives by developing work plans, communicating progress, soliciting and incorporating feedback, and ensuring alignment for successful delivery.
    • Assist with planning, developing and execution of learning curriculum.
    • Consult with leaders to identify specific learning needs and interventions to provide solutions.
    • Conduct needs assessments to evaluate current skills against business objectives and develop a sustainable plan to address gaps.
    • Develop and fully implementing a learning business partner model for consistent training and development across the organization.
    • Collaborate with peers and leaders across organization to diagnose, develop and facilitate interventions to further a high-performing and developmental culture.
    • Play a key role in change management by creating customized learning solutions for intact teams.
    • Able to adapt facilitation style to engage audiences across a spectrum of levels, functions, and needs.
    • Ensures diversity of delivery methods, including in-person, webinars, eLearning, podcasts, etc., to meet the needs of our employees, teams and organizations.
    • Develop and execute training strategy for multiple business units across multiple locations.
    • Develop training and development dashboards that demonstrate to all stakeholders – the scope, impact and success of the training organization.
    • Maintain curriculum, assignments and course completion data in the LMS.
    • Support the launch of new technology, processes and initiatives throughout the organization.



    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience required
    • Certificate/Training in facilitation, organization development or leadership development
    • 7+ years of work experience in a related field (Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, HR) in a client service environment
    • 7+ years of experience creating and implementing L&D strategies for clients in creative and multi-brand organizations and designing and facilitating employee and leader solutions
    • 7+ years of experience consulting with all levels of business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify learning needs and provide recommendations.
    • Certification in one or more assessment/feedback instruments (e.g. DISC, MBTI, Social Styles, 360 assessments, etc.) is a plus
    • A passion for Learning & Development and experience in organizational design and change management is a plus
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for solving problems while being resourceful
    • Proficiency in using technology to leverage Learning & Development and proficiency in using data and analytics to measure program outcomes
    • Understanding the staffing industry is a plus
    • Able to seamlessly navigate between the big picture and the details, and between hands-on and strategic
    • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across diverse range of stakeholders and to work across boundaries to build infrastructure
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong instructional design, systems thinking and/or strategic planning experience
    • High degree of integrity and confidentiality with a keen sense of business acumen
    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively.
    • Experience working as an internal consultant with strong consultative and diagnostic skills
    • Proven success conceptualizing, developing, and managing scalable and engaging programs in a multi- brand, geographically diverse organization
