Learning and Development Director
The Learning & Development Director will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of all training programs across the organization, including but not limited to, global onboarding, leadership development, and program team development, self-sourcing, human resources programs and initiatives, as well as additional L&D projects and initiatives. The role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer. This position requires excellent leadership skills as the incumbent will be collaborating and working with our senior leaders. The incumbent will require the ability to take existing programs currently in place and analyze the needs to meet the changing needs of our organization. Confident interpersonal skills including communication, providing actionable in-the-moment feedback, strong facilitation, organizational and planning skills, as well as a customer focus with a desire to learn and be involved in multiple projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to own the strategy of L&D and stay close to the business by being responsible for the development of programs as well. If not local to the Orlando area, this position may be performed remotely.
