We require a Software Support Specialist - Payroll capable of managing complex implementation projects. These projects typically range in duration from three to nine months and may be anywhere in the UK or the Republic of Ireland.
Reporting Line: Reports to EMEA Techical Delivery Director
Loki's office is located in Maidenhead but the job location can be London or Maidenhead.
The Software Support Specialist - Payroll will be responsible for client helpdesk support, software testing, and implementation support. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to provide assistance to existing reseller partners and clients worldwide. Working with Loki’s Implementation and Customer Support teams, you will guide and assist clients in resolving product implementation and business process issues. As Loki continues to grow its Microsoft business partner distribution channel, you will also be called on to help develop partners’ skills and capabilities to assure successful deployment of Loki’s products.
