    In 2017 Workforce Logiq (formerly ZeroChaos) a global provider of workforce management solutions acquired Loki Systems Limited. Loki Systems is a rapidly growing provider of global workforce management solutions with specialization in Payroll and Staff Scheduling for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics AX. Loki Systems is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner with offices in the UK, Canada and the USA.

     

    We require a Software Support Specialist - Payroll capable of managing complex implementation projects. These projects typically range in duration from three to nine months and may be anywhere in the UK or the Republic of Ireland.

     

    Reporting Line:  Reports to EMEA Techical Delivery Director

     

    Loki's office is located in Maidenhead but the job location can be London or Maidenhead.

     

    The Opportunity

    The Software Support Specialist - Payroll will be responsible for client helpdesk support, software testing, and implementation support. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to provide assistance to existing reseller partners and clients worldwide. Working with Loki’s Implementation and Customer Support teams, you will guide and assist clients in resolving product implementation and business process issues. As Loki continues to grow its Microsoft business partner distribution channel, you will also be called on to help develop partners’ skills and capabilities to assure successful deployment of Loki’s products.

     

     

    Responsibilities

     Responsibilities:  

    • Provide support to partners and clients on all issues relating to payroll software
    • Provide guidance to partners implementing the payroll system
    • Advise on best practices for system configuration and data migration
    • Ensure a high level of partner and client satisfaction
    • Work collaboratively with other internal departments to leverage resources to address client needs
    • Support the continual improvement of the payroll software
    • Test software releases.

    Qualifications

    Requirements/Qualifications:

    •  University degree or recognized payroll certification
    • Two years experience in Payroll or HR business processes
    • U.K. experience desirable
    • Excellent communications and group dynamics skills
    • Commitment to exceeding client expectations
    • Comfortable working collaboratively and independently
    • University or college degree
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information 
    • Proven ability to learn and use software
    • Dynamics AX experience an asset 
    • Some travel required (normally 2 or 3 one-week trips per year).
